505 Greenwich

This 14 storey, 104 unit condominium created the western SoHo market when it came on line in 2004. The project’s bulk and use was created with a variance from the BSA. The City Planning Commission has since down-zoned this particular area of western Soho. Foundations were particularly challenging with a massive de-watering and decontamination effort. The project enjoyed extraordinary success and popularity and sold out in less than one year. 505 Greenwich has been awarded the 2006 Housing Design Award by the AIA New York Chapter.
